🗑️ Delete Your Account

1. Delete your account in the app

You can delete your account yourself at any time from the Aqarwy app:

1. Open the Aqarwy app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to your Profile / Account page.
3. Tap "Delete account".
4. Confirm the deletion. You will be signed out immediately.

On the website, sign in and go to Dashboard → Settings → Delete account.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email us from the address registered on your account and include:

• The email address and phone number registered on your account.
• Your full name as it appears on your account.
• A clear statement that you want your account and data deleted.

We may ask you to confirm that you own the account. We will process verified requests within 7 days and reply to confirm.

3. Data we delete

When your account is deleted, the following data is deleted:

• Profile information: name, email address, phone number, and profile photo.
• Login credentials and linked Google or Facebook sign-in.
• Active sessions, access tokens, and device notification tokens.
• Your property listings and property requests.
• Your favorites and notification preferences.
• CRM data you created: leads, clients, appointments, and uploaded contracts.

4. Data we keep

Some data may be kept after deletion, only where necessary:

• Payment and invoice records (such as featured-ad or subscription payments), kept as required by tax and accounting laws.
• Records needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with legal requests.
• Messages or inquiries you sent to other users may remain in their accounts.

5. Retention period

• Your account is deactivated immediately: you are signed out and can no longer sign in, and your profile and listings are no longer shown.
• The deleted data listed above is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
• Retained payment records are kept for the period required by law and then deleted.
• Backup copies are overwritten as part of our normal backup cycle.

6. Deleting some data without deleting your account

You don't have to delete your account to remove specific data. From the app you can delete individual listings and property requests, remove favorites, change or remove your profile photo, and update your notification preferences. You can also email us to request deletion of specific data.
